- For preparing the meatballs, put all ● ingredients in mincer, otherwise chopped all finely..
- Mix the minced mutton with the ingredients from step 1.

- add the turmeric, cinnamon, mixed spices, mix well and keep simmering again in low flame with lid on for another 20 minutes..
- Drop the meatballs one by one, and add more black pepper powder, add more hot water..
- Add more 2 tablespoons of oil from step 8, keep simmering again covered in very low flame for another 30 minutes..
- check the salt for taste...
